SNA forces seized Bariirre Village from Al-shabab

Reports from Bariirre Village of Lower Shabelle Region claiming that SNA forces alongside AMISOM seized that village from Al-shabab this morning.

Somalia Military Officials who are leading Lower shabelle command told Mustaqbal Radio that reservist troops will station there and will become central command.

“The troops who will stationed there are now in N50 Area where they will relocate soon, Troops who kicked Al-shabab from Bariirre are heading to Awdhegle Village and then will go to Jannale”, said one official who declined to be named for  anonymity.

The Allied forces retook Bariirre from Al-shabab following small clash between Al-shabab forces and SNA alongside AMISOM forces as Officials confirmed to Mustaqbal Radio.

This comes one month after Somalia National Army (SNA), alongside AMISOM seized Sabid and Anole from Al-shabab on 1^st April.
