Somalia National Army retook Marka town this Morning from Al-shabab, after SNA Conducted an operation Against Al-shabab.
Marka Town were a divided Town of three parts, one part Controls AMISOM, another Parts Control Clan militias and the third parts was controlled Al-shabab before this morning.
Al-shabab retook Marka Town in August 2016 till now they were contolling part of the City,while AMISOM Controls other party.
Hassan Omar Moalim the Mayor of the City told to Mustabalradio that SNA Forces retook Administrative Buildings, Police Station and Central Bank’s Branch of the Town.
The SNA forces are conducting an operation to flashout Al-shabab at Marka town and it’s Surrounding Areas .
These forces vacated from Shalanbood Town to recapture Marka town, Marka is a City which clan rival Militias fought for longtime.
This Operation is leading by famer deputy SNA Commander Abdullahi Ali Anod who recently sacked by Somalia’s President after Security officials shake up.
