Somalia election process has been thrown in disarray recently and thrust in the spotlight after President Farmaajo’s controversial two year extension by the lower house jeopardized any efforts to mediate towards elections. The president House would later climb down from his previous stance and ask the lower House to reverse the decision in spite of outcry and opposition from his key rivals and sections of donors.
The development therefore paved way the process of conducting elections.
