The Office of the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia has issued a statement stating that Ali Gudlawe will attend the conference via Zoom platform as he is out of the country and the talks are set to begin today.
“The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia HE Mohamed Hussein Roble who telephoned the President of Hirshabelle State HE Ali Abdullahi Hussein (Gudlawe) apologized for his concern over attending the National Consultative Assembly. “President Ali Gudlawe will attend today’s conference with the help of ZOOM,” said a statement from Roble’s office.
The talks were previously stalled by the boycotting of Guudlaawe who said that any outcome is not binding to his administration as he raised various concerns of breach of protocol and being kept in the dark on the date to convince the meeting.
