Somalia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Abukar Osman Baale who spoke against the conflict between Palestine & Israel said Somalia stands with the Palestinians in their efforts to have a comprehensive government system in the capital of Jerusalem.
He added that the world should stand up to the Palestinian crisis and protect their freedom and dignity.
“The dangerous military situation is one against Palestine. I urge the International Community to urgently address the sorry state. Somalia is committed to support Palestine’s rights and Independent State of Jerusalem should be established”, he said.
More than a week of clashes between Palestine and Israel has seen hundreds of people die in these clashes, while many injured in addition to the destruction of several Storey buildings and destruction of homes.
