Somalia: President Gudlawe concludes a Weeks long land trip across the State, visiting mostly recently liberated areas.

The President of Somalia’s Hirshabelle State Ali Gudlawe Hussein has yesterday concluded weeks of land trips across the State, visiting mostly recently liberated areas from Al-Shabab fighters.

During his trip President Ali Gudlawe Hussein has engaged with the locals living in the areas and inaugurated multiple development projects noting that several development projects have been implemented in the areas in the past years.

President Gudlawe’s visit underscores the government’s commitment to supporting and rebuilding liberated areas. During his visit, he met with local leaders and residents to discuss the challenges they face and the progress made since the village’s liberation. His presence highlighted the importance of continued collaboration between the government, security forces, and local communities in ensuring lasting peace.

During his tour his met several top security agencies praising their bravery and dedication in the ongoing tough operations against Al-Shabab fighters . He emphasized the need for ongoing efforts to maintain security and promote development in the region.

The weeks trips of President Gudlawe’s tour of liberated areas is part of a broader strategy to consolidate gains against Al-Shabaab and foster an environment conducive to sustainable development and peace in Somalia.
