The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre, is currently on a working visit to Morocco, where he met with his Moroccan counterpart, Mr. Aziz Akhannouch, in the capital city of Rabat.
During their meeting, the two leaders focused on enhancing diplomatic relations and economic cooperation between their countries. This dialogue underscores the importance of collaboration in various sectors such as trade and diplomacy.
Prime Minister Hamza shared insights on Somalia’s progress in areas such as politics, security, and diplomacy. He highlighted the achievements Somalia has made in implementing a democratic framework and preparing for upcoming elections.
“Our diplomatic efforts are also yielding results. We are actively engaging with neighboring countries and the global community to foster peace and cooperation.”He said
Mr. Akhannouch elaborated on the significance of collaboration between Somalia and Morocco, particularly in the realms of trade and overall bilateral relations. The discussion aimed to explore new avenues for growth and mutual benefit.
