President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud Attends African Farmers’ Summit in Kampala

The President of the federal government of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has arrived in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda, to participate in the ongoing African Farmers’ Summit, as confirmed by various sources.

During the summit, President Mohamud is expected to deliver a speech focusing on the potential benefits of agriculture across the African continent.

He is also expected to place particular emphasis on the federal government of Somalia, highlighting the challenges faced and the opportunities available in the agricultural sector.

In addition to his address, the President is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with various leaders attending the summit, including Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni, who is hosting the event. Discussions are expected to cover a range of topics of mutual interest.
