Indian police arrest 21-year-old man for allegedly kidnapping Muslim girls and sharing Thier photos saying the said girls are “for sale”.
The boy is an engineering student from southern Bangalore but his name has not been confirmed yet.
This is the second attempt to harass Muslim women in India by posting pictures of them on the internet during an auction
In July last year, an app and website called “Sulli Deals” created the addresses of more than 80 Muslim girls – using images posted online and for sale – and were said to be on sale.
There are other cases of Muslim girls missing or been kidnapped in the country, with several court pendings on the same cases.
