Reports from Galgadud region confirm that the federal government forces, Galmudug and ATMIS forces have been on high alert in Dhusamareb, the capital of Galmudug state.
According to reports, a large number of soldiers have been deployed in the last few hours on the roads leading to the town and key installations of the Galmudug administration.
Other heavily armed forces have also been deployed to apartments and other buildings in the city center, and the official reason for the deployment is said to be fears of Ahlu Sunna.
Ahlu suna are said to be doing military activities and after the reports the military have been on high alert on the Galmudug and areas around to prevent their plans and restore peace and confidence to the residents
