The Members of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia held their 14th session of the sixth term today, chaired by Speaker Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madobe).

The session opened with a quorum of 146 MPs and focused on two key agenda items: the first reading of the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child and the first reading of the Draft Bill on International Judicial Cooperation.
