Djibouti and Somalia forge new paths in education reform

In a significant meeting held in Somalia’s capital Mogadishu, Education Minister Farah Sheikh Abdulkadir welcomed Nabil Mohamed Ahmed, Djibouti’s Minister of Higher Education.
