Ali Omar stressed that Somalia welcomes constructive international partnerships, particularly in efforts aimed at securing the Gulf of Aden and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, but insisted that such cooperation must respect Somalia\u2019s constitutional framework and national unity.<\/p>\n
