Riley had a fruitful meeting. The leaders reportedly specifically focused on the Somali government\u2019s intensified campaign to liberate the remaining areas in southern and central Somalia still under Al-Shabaab&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also reportedly addressed police reconstruction efforts and plans for the transition of security responsibilities following the withdrawal of the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (ATMIS).
