Tension is high in Galgaduud central Somalia after armed militia attacked and killed two civilians in suspected clan retaliation.<\/p>\n
The murder of the civilians took place in the village of Balal-dheer under Adakibir area of \u200b\u200bthe region, and was carried out by armed gunmen who fled the scene after committing the ugly incidents.<\/p>\n
The planned attack by the armed group led to the killing of two civilians identified as Ahmed Wehliye Gure and Abdinur, who are from Adado town.<\/p>\n
The assalaints have immediately fled the scene of the attack after committing the crime, and the situation in the area where the act took place is now tensed , as residents are afraid that this will turn into a direct tribal clashes.<\/p>\n
There is no statement from the local administration and Galmudug security officials regarding the killing of the herdsmen that are reportedly linked to tribal affiliations.<\/p>\n
This incident was preceded by another one that happened the previous night in Galgaduud,where wo brothers were killed by armed clan militia in eastern Galgaduud region’s Oodan area. The attack also left two children and their mother injured. The attackers quickly fled the scene. The victims were identified as Abdinasir and Abdikarim Ahmed Arab were from the Adado district.<\/p>\n
