A statement published on the website of the National Telecommunications Authority said that this step means that NCA has become the first Government Agency to receive the ISO Certificate.
“The National Telecommunications Agency has received the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate, making it the first government agency to receive the ISO certificate. In order to obtain ISO Certification, we went through an assessment process that included the development of a quality management system, examination and review of management system documents and a comprehensive overall assessment,” said the statement of the National Communications Authority.
