The wife of celebrated Somali singer Dayah Dalnuurshe has passed away in Somalia’s capital,Mogadishu, as confirmed by close confidant sources.
The late Farhiya Abdirahman Mohamed famously known as “The Boss Lady,” had been unwell in recent days and succumbed to her illness this morning at one of the hospitals in Mogadishu.
Prior to her passing, Dayah Dalnuurshe had shared a brief message on one of his social media platforms, requesting prayers from the Somali community for his ailing wife. Unfortunately, her condition deteriorated, leading to her demise today.
Farhiya was known as a vibrant young woman, widely recognized on Somali social media platforms for her energetic and engaging presence.
Her sudden passing has sparked widespread mourning, with many people including top political leaders expressing their condolences as others shared memories of her on the internet.
