The Commissioner of the National Disaster Management Agency, Mohamud Moallim has yesterday delivered a compelling keynote speech at the Monitoring and Evaluation Conference held in Mogadishu yesterday.
In his address, Commissioner Moallim underscored the critical role of Monitoring and Evaluation systems in improving the efficiency and impact of development projects and aid interventions.
The commissioner emphasized that proper monitoring and evaluation ensure transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making, which are key to achieving sustainable outcomes in Somalia’s development and humanitarian sectors.
