The Macawiisleey forces in Hiiraan have reportedly successfully executed a planned tough boperation against Al-Shabaab militants in the Dhurwaale area of the region.
Reports indicate that the operation took place late yesterday afternoon, resulting in the deaths of at least six members of the Al-Shabaab militia who were stationed in Dhurwaale, which falls under the jurisdiction of Halgan district.
During the targeted operation, the Macawisleey forces also managed to seize firearms that the Al-Shabaab members had in their possession.
