Former Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has expressed message of Condolences to the victims of the latest bomb attack in his official his Facebook page. Responding to the suicide bombing in Mogadishu, at the Waberi District Station the former president wished well the families of the officers, soldiers & civilians who died in the blast , and urged the injured be given immediate medical attention.
Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said officers and soldiers who died and those injured in the blast have sacrificed their lives for the people and the country and finally called for joint security efforts that will be more vigilant .
A person carrying a pack of explosives detonated at Waberi District Station, six people including two senior police officers were killed and others sustained multiple injuries according to a Somali police spokesman.
