FEIT says 204 MPs and Senators  received their certificates, urged those remaining to come before the Swearing Ceremony

Federal Election Implementation Team continues with the certification of MPs and Senators from both houses

The Federal Indirect Electoral Implementation Team (FEIT) has released a report detailing the members of the House of Representatives and Senators of the Upper House who have received official certificates from the Commission.

FEIT Deputy Chairman Mowlid Matan Salad said 204 members of the two Houses of the 11th  Parliament have been registered.

He called on lawmakers and senators who have not received their official certificates to do so before April 14, 2022, when the Indirect Election Commission is scheduled to be sworn in.

Meanwhile, FEIT Vice-Chairman Mowlid Matan said preparations are underway for the swearing-in ceremony for the 11th members of parliament who have received their official certificates.

“The FEIT Committee at the Airport Hotel is still in the process of awarding certificates to both Members of the House of Representatives. The total number of given certificates so far is 204 this month, we call on lawmakers who have not yet arrived to come to the center and receive their certificates to carry out their responsibilities so that we get out of the current crisis” said FEIT Vice President Mowlid Matan.

FEIT Indirect Election Implementation Committee (FEIT) began issuing the official certification on 2 April 2022, and the MPs who appeared on the list announced by the Commission on March 30, 2022 and elected MPs after that date.
