Election The Jubaland State Electoral Implementation Committee (SEIT) has completed the counting of ballots for #HOP 072, contested by Abdirashid Mohamed Hidig and Abdisamad Mohamed Abdullahi.
Abdirashid Mohamed Hidig won the# HOP 072 seat in the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, receiving 75 votes, while his competitor Abdisamed Mohamed Abdullahi received 18 votes and 2 votes got spoilt
The election of 5 seats is still going on in Kismayo today, and there are candidates and delegates at the polling station to witness the electoral process
